China Phoenix: The Rebirth of a Chinese Restaurant
Although recently opened, China Phoenix and its brother China Dragon used to be located on 2008 West Madison Street. China Dragon opened a decade ago and was widely popular in the area. Unfortunately, about two years ago the property was turned into a parking lot.Many were disappointed while others turned to different Chinese restaurants in the area, but none other would compare to the greatness of the China Dragon. Luckily the China Dragon owners were able to relocate and rebuild the empire that once was. Through hardwork and loyal customers, China Dragon was able to branch off to form China Phoenix. China Phoenix has already brought back great memories of the old China Dragon establishment and has also brought joy and full bellies to newcomers and returning customers alike.
